No withdrawal right for custom manufacturing

For goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured according to an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or are clearly tailored to personal needs, German law generally excludes the withdrawal right.

This applies especially to 3D printed parts made from uploaded files, dimensions, units, material, color, quality or quantity requirements. Once such a production order is accepted, it cannot be withdrawn solely because you change your mind.

Withdrawal right for non-custom services

Where a withdrawal right exists exceptionally, consumers may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a nominated third party receive the goods. For services, the period begins when the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, you must inform us by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from a withdrawable contract, we refund all payments received, including the least expensive standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

We use the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold repayment until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment.

You bear the direct cost of return shipping. You are liable for loss in value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
