For one-offs, prototypes and manageable batches
FDM is especially suitable for brackets, housings, adapters, fixtures, functional samples and many plastic replacement parts. Geometry, load, temperature, surface and required dimensional accuracy determine whether it fits the application.
Safety-critical, medical, electrical, food-contact or permanently highly loaded applications require separate consultation. An online quote is not a component certification or engineering approval.
How an order works
The preview helps you verify units, dimensions and orientation. You then choose material, colour, layer height, infill and quantity. File and configuration are checked again for plausibility and feasibility before production.

Clear limits instead of blanket promises
FDM parts have visible layers and can deviate slightly from CAD dimensions depending on material, orientation and geometry. Overhangs may require supports and post-processing, so functional dimensions, fits and intended use belong in the order notes.

Common questions
Do I need a finished 3D file?
Yes for direct online calculation. STL, OBJ, GLB and 3MF are accepted. Missing requirements can be clarified through the contact page.
Is the displayed price final?
Yes, the confirmed price normally remains unchanged. Only rare technical exceptions require us to reject an unworkable order or agree an adjusted price with you before production.
Where are orders shipped from?
Order processing and shipping take place from Germany.
